OmniaMedic company was established in late 2004 as private limited liability company, specialized for trade in medical expendable supplies and equipment. The headquarter of company is in town of Zenica, Adolf Goldberg Street 6, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The past period, although a short one, was enough to indicate future direction of development for our company. That is development of franchises based on promotion of innovative techniques in medical science in general.
The results of our efforts in this segment reflect in a fact that „OmniaMedic“ has established contacts and has intensive cooperation with several respected foreign companies such as Balton of Poland, Johnhson&Johnson of USA and Somatex of Germany. One of our most distinguished references is the fact that we became general distributor of Polish Balton company for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Balton company is manufacturer of expendable supplies for invasive cardiology and radiology.
At the same time, the company develops franchises that are part of standard assortment of expendable supplies to be used in medical clinics, health centers, hospitals etc. We have very good business relations with companies Ayset-Plastik and Bicakilar of Turkey as well as with Chin Kou Medical Instrument of Taiwan.
As far as our sales activities are concerned, we act as wholesale dealer, distributor, importer and exporter of medical expendable goods and equipment.
With reference to our business operations and relations with state institutions, OmniaMedic acted in accordance with Book of Rules on medical aids of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the FB&H #) and applied for registration with the Registry of wholesale dealers of medical aids in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Prior to that, the Federal Ministry of Health granted the company a license for meeting the legal requirements for premises, staff and other.
OmniaMedic is also working on registration of medical aids that are distributed in the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina into Registry of medical aids of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In other words, our company is providing support for registration of principals that create a portfolio of suppliers for OmniaMedic company into Registry of medical aids' manufacturers in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Leaning on firm business relationships with Chin Kou Medical Instrument LTD Taipei Taiwan r.o.c. company, the OmniaMedic intensively works on organizing its own measuring laboratory as one of the pre-requisites for unhampered and secure placement of precise diagnostic devices –measurers of this manufacturer.
OmniaMedic is company fully aware of its environment, capable of meeting business targets. We are dedicated to continuous work on quality improvement in each segment of our operations, both domestically and abroad. This is confirmed in everyday life with our intensive activities in reaching European standards in the area of improving the management practices as well as environmental protection. In that sense, we are already preparing for obtaining concrete certificates that will take place in early 2008.
